Contemporary economic situation and possibilities of resolution

In my opinion it is very hard to strictly and correctly evaluate

contemporary economic situation. I am not just yet expert at economy,

although I studied business academy, so I have only theoretic knowledges. I

think that this is work of politician, journalist, economists etc. These people

have theoretic knowledges and practically experiences with economic 21625kym63vjt4j

development in Czech republic.

From my point of view, our economics is now in deep crisis. We are ten

years after velvet revolution, which gave to many of us hopes, which -

according me - weren’t reached. In our country is high inflation and yj625k1263vjjt

unemployment, many people don’t receive wages and get in personal crises. It

is a result of bad privatisation, because at present, when is economic crises,

many companies have problems - their revenues are lower and lower, because

the wages and ability of purchase of population is lower and lower. When

come on situation, that firms in crash employment both married couple it is

according me terrible and it could be called family tragedy. They have many

problems with paying their basic expenditures - food, rent, water, electricity

etc.

Next matter which is according me not good but bad is result of GNP,

which comprehensives export and import. I think, that Czech trade is very

dependent on export. In addition Czech trade is very inalienable, because isn’t

large and a few powerful investors could influence it very easy. At present our

export profits from four or five very strong Czech firms, but these firms came

in problem recently too, so it is possible, that when these strong companies will

finished their dealing, Czech export dependents only on these firms, which

exports goods mostly to the countries of our neighbour, so our economic

situation could be very bad. In countries of EU small and middle companies

have half share on the whole export. This is according me the right way and

one of possibilities, how to revive our economics. Government should promote

these companies, which export good to foreign countries. They can have lower

taxes, some grant etc. I have personal experience with this area of business,

because my parents have firms, which exported shoes to Russia. I think, that

three or four years ago it was very good job, but now the politician situation is

there much more problematic, that it is not possible to make there business.

My parents said me, that in past all depended on the oscillating of exchange

rate. These oscillating could reduced their profits on minimum or could make

them double.

The next problem could be the investments of foreign countries in our

republic. Government could allure foreign investors - create them good

conditions for business. They could bring there foreign currency and can get

to many people work.
